Head Facilities

• Coordinate with Nakheel PMT for smooth handover of buildings. Monitor the inspection of all the Building Common Areas and individual Apartments to identify the problems (snags) prior to handover by Nakheel and submit Report to PMT/NAM • Follow up with Nakheel PMT for rectification of snags • Monitor all Preventive Maintenance undertaken by NAM. • Manage and coordinate the hard/soft facilities delivered by NAM (Nakheel Asset Management) • Manage the contractors in all aspects of service delivery • Specifically support the management team in achieving various delivery issues pertaining to the contract • Recommend Buildings for takeover by Meraas Properties and advise NAM for mobilizing various services such as cleaning etc. in coordination with MP • Coordinate with MP to take over the keys after handover from PMT • Successfully managing projects in an efficient and effective manner • The successful FM Operations Manager will demonstrate experience of managing diverse FM successfully • Receive the Condition Report from Better Homes as raised by the Tenant prior to taking possession and raise the issues with NAM/PMT • .Follow up with NAM about the issues raised by the Tenant both related to DLP and normal issues • Review the Budget etc. submitted by NAM and after seeking necessary approval from MP and advice NAM. • The FM Manager will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System), ISO 9001:14001(Environment Management System) and OSHAS18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) • To perform other duties that may from time to time be required • Build good working relationships with all staff, all other pertinent parties to the good of the company, and its businesses. Qualification & Experience • The FM Manager to be qualified in business management and/or commercial activities • A proven track record in facilities, building services or an associated industry is essential with a minimum 5 years experience in the same field • Good communication(oral & writing) skills and project presentation skills required
