RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Objectives:
*Perform Quality Training to Customers for New Systems, Upgrades and Continuing
Education for the region.
*Promote Clinical Education products(Training, Software, Workstation) as well as
other products such as Coils, Options and Upgrades
*Improve Customer Satisfaction and Socket retention through optimization of
equipment utilization by the Customer
*Provide regular feedback to the Local Customer Team, the relevant Modality on
Customer satisfaction & needs
*Participate in Symposium, Congresses and Meetings of the modality, contributing
to the promotion GE products
*Conduct high quality Clinical Education training to ensure customer's safe and
effective use of GE equipments, maximising image quality and productivity
*Apply all procedures requested by Clinical Education management (Coordination
process, Visit preparation, Field Visit Report, Debrief, Survey or else)
*Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant level in the
organization
*When possible, provide commercial leads for Clinical Solutions related products
or any other GE product
*When requested, provide in depth presentation and demonstration to the user for
specific Products & Services, including Flextrials software
*Collect, analyse and communicate competitive information on clinical education
and equipments
*When requested, participate in developing or teaching Classrooms and/or any
related Clinical Education initiatives and provide congresses, road shows,
exhibitions, CSO or OLA support
*Committed to get to and sustain the highest level of clinical expertise
*Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO
9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes. Promptly escalate any quality
or integrity issue
*Follow and comply with existing GEHC EHS rules and procedures, be involved in
EHS activities (eg. training, accidents reporting...) in compliance with the
environmental health & safety policy.
DESIRED:
Experience in the modality (CT, MI, MR or X-ray)
