GM - Corporate Planning & Strategy (UAE National)
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent assists in Strategic
Planning. The role will incorporate business planning and forecasting,
Monitoring, acquisitions, due diligence and IPO works. Leads accomplishment of
overall corporate strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
§ Partnering with CEO, develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission
and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
§ Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or
revenues for the organization.
§ Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation
activities.
§ Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress
§ Ensures that Territories individual planning and goal-setting are aligned with
the corporate goals.
Finance and Performance Management
§ Define an effective set of performance measures and reports which will focus
the business on the delivery of strategy and business plans.
§ Support in strategic planning; financial analysis ,devising metrics to measure
the success of strategies
§ Recommending benchmark performance measures
Commercial Due-Diligence
§ Assist in aspects of business origination and work in project teams comprising
Commercial Due Diligence and advisory teams.
§ Contribute to the development of these services offering within the context of
the Transaction Advisory Services business of the firm.
§ Strategic option assessment, market entry strategy development, growth
strategy development and similar assignments.
IPO
§ Strategize and implement Group’s growth and diversification plans by
evaluating financing structures, options and fund raising
§ Advise Board on IPO,Restructuring.Compliances and, Private Equity.
§ Monitor financial & accounting functions,due diligence .
§ Prepare budget for different projects,manage capital, & funds.
