Chief Financial Officer
Purpose: Leads and directs the development, execution and management of the financial strategies including funding, reporting, treasury compliance, audit, budgeting, financial and management accounting, project appraisal and risk assessment of future schemes. • Leads the development, management and implementation of the financial strategies of the company including funding, treasury, compliance, audit, budgeting, forecasting, financial and management accounting, project appraisal and risk assessment of future schemes to enable and support business growth and profitability. • Directs the establishment and implementation of internal financial controls and ensures the financial/audit operation and reporting requirements are in compliance with applicable laws, policies, standards, regulations and generally accepted accounting principles and practices.
