General Manager Mall Marketing

Preferred - Arab National Job Profile: Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing of the Mall. +F256 Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge of marketing malls/ shopping centres. Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales/leasing department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved. To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution. To liaise with Landmark central marketing to plan and execute loyalty programmes, direct audience development in order to encourage repeat business. The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for and its programs across all available media. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. Developing and implementing a mall wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Developing partner relationships with various mall tenants. Work with Visual Merchandise and Mall Operations to create programs to improve overall mall compliance with marketing programs. Develop in-Mall promotional themes and events around different promotional periods and product launches. Follow up and collection of rentals/outstanding/dues from mall tenants Job Specifications: 8-10 years of sales experience in the marketing industry specifically in a mall or shopping centre environment. Experience with enterprise software solutions and large organizations. Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to work in a global team of professionals. Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities Education & training Marketing degree from a recognized university. Must have at least five years of marketing experience in the retail industry preferably in GCC. Must have one to two years of management experience.
