Project Head
As assigned by the Project Company’s Board of Directors, the Project Company’s Director is responsible for the overall conduct of operations of the Project Company. He/she will be looked upon to set the Project Company’s obligations and priorities as set in the Shareholders’ Agreement, Private Placement Memorandum, Development Agreement and other Third Party Agreements, and to oversee the performance of SDG and other parties delegated in accordance with the Management Agreement signed between SDG and the Project Company with specific tasks towards the realization of the Project Company’s objectives, including contractor(s), operator(s) and consultant(s).
