Regional Director (Oil and Gas)
Job description: • Formulate, plan and implement a medium to long term business development strategy which will take the operations of the division through to the next decade. • Consolidate and enhance existing business partnerships. • Developing new business initiatives that will expand and compliment current product portfolio. • Keep abreast of all new technological industry/market advancements which would be of benefit to the company. • Being a natural, i.e. lead by example, proactive, “can-do” attitude Candidate Spec: • University Degree in a related discipline from a competitive institution of learning • A minimum of fifteen years of experience related to the oilfield supplies sector of which at least five should have been in a senior managerial capacity • Previous international working experience, ideally/preferably within the Arabian Gulf or Middle East region Salary description: Executive/senior management tax-free remuneration package Benefits: A highly attractive salary/remuneration package will be individually negotiated and will be based on the selected candidate’s skills/experience and personal scenarios and will take into account, medical care, married or single status, paid annual vacation including annual round-trip fares
