Head Marketing Director (Pharma)

I. Position Purpose: Responsible for Regional implementation, launching and commercialization of EP generic products. Responsible for identifying and executing Regional EP projects to improve commercialization of all EP portfolios in the region. II. Core Responsibilities and scope of work: Responsible for EP regional P&L, with specific focus in the Branded Generics P&L. Responsible for coordinating with EP country leads the execution and launching of implementation plan to bring generic products to markets in all countries in the region. Responsible for coordinating with EP country leads as well as coordinating with functional work streams in regulatory, legal, PGM, commercial, medical and pricing. Ensure effective coordination of functional teams at regional and country levels to bring branded generic products to markets. Additional responsibilities may include commercial assessment and decision support for new product opportunities. III. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required: 1.Strong experience in pharmaceutical business and generics . 2. Track record in Project Management and knowledge of the drug commercialization process 3. Knowledge of regulatory, medical, legal, and/or financial procedures and requirements preferred 4. Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making/judgment capabilities 5. Demonstrates leadership and supervisory/managerial skills essential 6. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities 7. Ability to work productively with personnel across various functions, geographic regions and cultures 8. Strong time management and organizational skills 9. Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy and desire to learn 9. Comfortable with uncertainty IV. Key internal interactions: Will be working closely with key functional areas including regulatory, legal, commercial, PGM, finance/pricing at, regional and local country levels. Will also collaborate and coordinate with counterparts in the Established Products Business Unit as well support the EMBU Steering Committee for the Branded Generic Implementation V. Key external interactions: Manage the relationships and facilitate interactions with Company’s partners and supply sources as well as consultants and vendors
