Business Development Head- Building Material

Candidate Profile • Ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer or a Mechanical Engineer with a M.B.A degree, having minimum 10-12 years experience in the Building Industry managing a team of Sales Managers, Sales Specialist and Marketing specialist. • Good understanding of various processes, specification, code development, buying process and key account management of various segments in the Building industry. • Candidate should have an excellent knowledge of the Middle East market and capable of building relationship with the Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Facility Managers and Regulatory bodies. • Candidate should have good analytical skills, knowledge in Computer and capable of managing a portfolio of products and resources. • Candidates should be proficient in English. • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and should be able to meeting or exceeding the company’s aggressive growth targets including operating plan in the assigned territory. • Ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, be a Team Player, capable of managing a wide portfolio of products, understand market dynamics and capable of driving aggressive growth initiative, including localization, customization and new product development in a challenging economy and drive the sales through multiple channels. • Good communication and presentation skills. Job Description • Design and implementation of Key Programs to increase penetration in the Building industry with Company’s solutions. • Segmentation and Prioritization of Market segments based on short term and long term objectives and deliver growth for Company’s products/solutions. • Be accountable for the Key Financial deliverables in the assigned territory. • Own, manage and execute various marketing programs for the Division. • Relationship building at Key Accounts and increase customer intimacy at every country. • Own, manage and accountable for Division growth programs and support Company’s aggressive growth plans. • Leadership of the business and building up of quality organization for the division. • Coaching, leading and development of Team members. • Identify product gaps in major segments of Building industry and drive the introduction of new products/services by taking the leadership in launching of such programs. • Building up of regular communication to the Team and close interaction with the Management Team. • Sharing of best practices across the assigned region.
