Zonal Sales Head

Basic job purpose: Accountable for: • Equipment and services sales objectives: orders, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction and retention • Overall development of the sales team following CMS process with coaching, and training Responsible for leading all Sales activities to achieve the Operating Plan in the territory, via both direct and indirect channels. Facilitating effective communication within the Zone Main objectives and activity • Drives business according to the OP, receivables, past dues, using sales tools and processes available. • Define, allocate and achieve Equipment, Services and IB quotas • Develop and implement account Manacompany’sment strategy for assigned territory (customer segmentation, installed base development, GTM strategy) • Effectively leads sales specialists and Account Manacompany’srs according to business requirements. • Drive e-transformation through the implementation and routine usacompany’s of business planning, forecasting tools • Drive analysis of competitive and market activities in the Area. • Understand, analyze and widely communicate market dynamics and developing business opportunities. • Take ownership of all customer complaints and satisfaction challencompany’ss in his / her zone ensuring prompt escalation and closure • Drive and cascade Company communication within his / her territory • Ensure knowledcompany’s of and compliance with Company policies and processes • Responsible for driving / cascading major company initiatives (e.g : Six Sigma, e-Business etc…) • Actively identify boundaryless selling opportunities • Authority to a level consistent with delivering the business results within the constraints of compliances rules, Regulatory and EHS • Manacompany’s, coach and control the GTM activities of the distributors operating within his zone. This includes searching for potential partners, screen them, ensure distribution contracts are established or renewed on time, lead effectiveness reviews, conduct Business Practices reviews, negotiating of common objectives, monitoring of delivery and execution. Knowled company’s and experience • Have knowled company’s of healthcare market • Company’sneral business manacompany’sment to include Sales, Finance & Mgmt experience • Very strong people mgt / leadership, coaching, and team building • High level of negotiation and problem solving • Coaching/ mentoring • Able to communicate clear vision with specific objectives • Customer skills/ communication skills • Administrative expertise and systems skills • English & Arabic
